Dinah Pyles

Director, Client Success

Dinah cur­rent­ly serves as the Direc­tor, Mar­ket­ing at Well­Doc®.  In her posi­tion, Dinah is respon­si­ble for grow­ing and main­tain­ing long-term strate­gic part­ner­ships and is also involved in the devel­op­ment, imple­men­ta­tion and exe­cu­tion of strate­gic mar­ket­ing plans.  Pri­or to this role, Dinah served as the Direc­tor, Key Accounts where she helped to launch BlueS­tar®, WellDoc’s flag­ship prod­uct and served as the inter­nal mar­ket­ing liai­son to WellDoc’s mar­ket­ing part­ners.

Pri­or to tran­si­tion­ing to a hybrid role at Well­Doc, Dinah was part of the team respon­si­ble for the com­mer­cial launch of BlueS­tar® — the first FDA-cleared mobile pre­scrip­tion ther­a­py (MPT) for adults with type 2 dia­betes.  Along with her team mem­bers, Dinah was able to suc­cess­ful­ly pen­e­trate the mar­ket and she ranked #1 for Q1, Q2 and Q3 2015 and con­tin­ues to spend time in the field with health care providers and patients.

Dinah brought a breadth of expe­ri­ence when she joined Well­Doc in 2014.  She pre­vi­ous­ly served as a Prod­uct Man­ag­er and Imple­men­ta­tion Spe­cial­ist at Mary­land-based Nova­Som®, devel­op­ers of an inno­v­a­tive home sleep test (HST) for indi­vid­u­als with obstruc­tive sleep apnea (OSA), a Strat­e­gy Asso­ciate at Inter­cul­ture, Inc., a con­sult­ing firm focused on edu­ca­tion, gov­ern­ment, non-prof­it, and health­care with­in the Unit­ed States, Mid­dle East, Asia and Africa, and Direc­tor of Oper­a­tions at 1st Step Dia­betes Well­ness Cen­ter, an inno­v­a­tive clin­i­cal deliv­ery mod­el for man­ag­ing patients with type 2 dia­betes.

Dinah received her BA from McDaniel Col­lege in West­min­ster, Mary­land.  She is active in her com­mu­ni­ty, cur­rent­ly serv­ing on the Boards of The Arc Mary­land, a non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tion that sup­ports and advo­cates for indi­vid­u­als with intel­lec­tu­al and devel­op­men­tal dis­abil­i­ties (IDDs) and Chang­ing Lives at Home, a non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tion that pro­vides reha­bil­i­ta­tion ser­vices for indi­vid­ual with men­tal health diag­noses.
