As CFO, Jack is responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations as well as banking and investor relations.

Jack is a career executive with deep experience in healthcare services and technologies, Private Equity, FinTech, consulting, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Jack has led multiple companies to lucrative exits.

Jack holds a MBA from Columbia University and BS in Accounting from Monmouth University. He is a CPA – NJ (inactive).
